Join the Aligned Sound Bath Practitioner Winter 2023 cohort for their graduation sound bath experience. Trainees have spent 35+ hours diving into the world of sound and will share this multi-practitioner, immersive sound bath experience for our community using various singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. After class, trainees will receive their certificate of completion and we'll welcome them into the sound healing community as a practitioner of sound.

Tips for taking in all the benefits of a sound bath

• Dress in comfortable clothing with layers to make sure you are not too warm/cold

• Bring blankets and pillows to be warm enough to lie down for about 60 minutes

• Keep an open mind and heart to receive!
